Due to the nature of our business of preorders and customs, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If there is a problem with your order, such as a defective item or an incorrect item, you must email us within 2 days of receiving it. We strive to make sure everything arrives perfectly as you ordered, but if something goes wrong, we're here to help.

Should you need to return an incorrect or defective item, it MUST be new with tags and in its original packaging.
